My responsibilities included implementation and support of the local area network at three locations as well as the development and implementation of policies associated with security and data assurance. Training employees on procedures that allow them to work more efficiently by using technology more effectively was an integral part of my job at PCI. Supporting a wide variety of desktop and server operating systems was a daily process. I was the only support person for over 100 desktop systems and twelve servers. This includes helpdesk support as well as infrastructure, data assurance and programming support.

I accumulated thousands of classroom hours as a technical instructor in a range of courses. I was the campus representative of the president’s technology council.
